摘 要:针对某国产小口径步枪热枪准确度下降的问题,通过建立弹丸与身管仿真计算模型,采用非线性热力学有限元方法计算弹丸挤进阻力、身管弯曲量,仿真计算得到冷枪和热枪的偏差,得出身管温度升高导致弹丸挤进过程与枪管弯曲量发生改变,从而影响弹丸出膛口的姿态,导致步枪射击准确度下降。采用实验测量、仿真、理论分析的方法研究某小口径步枪身管材料温度与弹着点偏差的关系,对提高步枪射击准确度具有重要意义。The barrel temperature of some small-caliber rifle rises at the time of firing,which causes the decrease of fire accuracy.Aiming at this problem,the simulation model of the projectile and barrel was established,and the nonlinear finite element method was used to analyze engraving resistance and flexure of barrel.The trajectory deflection of the rifle before and after firing was obtained by simulation.The temperature rise of barrel brings about the changes of the engraving process of projectile and the flexure of barrel,and affects the muzzle-attitude of projectile,which leads to the decrease of firing accuracy of rifle.The relationship between the barrel-temperature and the deviation of impact point was studied.The study is significant for improving the firing accuracy of rifle.
