“一病一品”在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨"一病一品"护理模式在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2015年1月至2017年12月于南通市第三人民医院乳腺外科手术治疗的乳腺癌患者91例为研究对象,其中2015年1月至2016年6月的43例患者为对照组,给予常规乳腺癌围手术期护理;2016年7月至2017年12月的48例患者为实验组,给予"一病一品"护理模式干预。比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度、住院时间、引流管留置时间。结果住院期间实验组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,住院时间以及引流管留置时间均少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过"一病一品"护理模式在乳腺癌患者围手术期中的应用,能够使科室所有护理人员对患者实施专业化同质护理,使患者对护理工作的满意度得到显著提升,并且缩短了患者的住院时间以及引流管留置时间。Objective To explore the application effect of“one disease,one product”nursing mode on perioperative nursing of breast cancer patients.Method Ninety-one cases with breast cancer from January 2015 to December 2017 in the Third People s Hospital of Nantong were retrospectivly analyzed by using convenience sampling method,including 43 cases from January 2015 to June 2016(control group)who received conventional nursing of perioperative breast cancer and 48 cases from July 2016 to December 2017(experimental group)who received“a disease”nursing intervention.The satisfaction rates,hospitalization time and drainage time were compared between the two groups.Results During hospitalization,the satisfaction rates of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.And the hospitalization time and drainage tube retention time were less than those in the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of“a disease,a product”nuring mode in patients with breast cancer makes all the nursing staff in the implementation of professional quality nursing care on the patients,so that the satisfaction on nursing services improved significantly.And hospitalization time and drainage tube indwelling time can be shortened effectively.
