消痔灵下鼻甲注射治疗慢性鼻炎168例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察消痔灵注射液用于下鼻甲注射治疗慢性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选取我科门诊2014年3月至2017年3月3年内慢性鼻炎患者168例,给于消痔灵利多卡因混合液下鼻甲注射治疗,在治疗前后分别对患者的临床症状给于分级量化评分,对总体结果及不同分型的慢性鼻炎进行t检验,对治愈率、有效率进行χ~2。结果:消痔灵注射用于下鼻甲注射治疗慢性鼻炎总有效率为92.26%,具有可靠疗效,其改善两种不同类型慢性鼻炎的临床症状具有差异性。消痔灵下鼻甲注射对于慢性单纯性鼻炎有效率(97.08%)明显优于肥厚性鼻炎的有效率(84.62%)。结论:消痔灵下鼻甲注射治疗慢性鼻炎具有明确疗效,其在治疗过程中对慢性单纯性鼻炎的临床症状改善较慢性肥厚性明显,而且慢性单纯型鼻炎的临床疗效优于慢性肥厚型。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhiling injection for inferior turbinate injection in the treatment of chronic rhinitis.Methods:Collect 168 cases patients with chronic rhinitis in recent 3 years,from March 2014 to March 2017 in our outpatient department,gave them inferior turbinate injection of Xiaozhiling injection treatment,grade respectively before and after treatment to the score of clinical symptoms,test overall results and the different types on the chronic rhinitis with T test,the cure rate and the effective rate withχ2 test.Results:Xiaozhiling injection for inferior turbinate injection therapy has reliable curative effect on chronic rhinitis,and the total effective rate was 92.26%.The improvement of clinical symptoms of two different types of chronic rhinitis was different,Xiaozhiling injection in inferior efficiency for chronic simple rhinitis(97.08%)was significantly better than that of hypertrophic rhinitis efficiency(84.62%).Conclusion:Xiaozhiling injection for inferior turbinate in the treatment of chronic rhinitis had definite clinical curative effect.The improvement of clinical symptoms of chronic simple rhinitis were better than those of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.The clinical curative effect of inferior turbinate Xiaozhiling injection to the treatment of chronic simple rhinitis was better than chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
