中药联合自血疗法治疗哮喘急性期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合自血疗法治疗哮喘急性期的疗效,为治疗本病提供新的思路。方法:将40例辨证为热哮证的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为中药组和自血疗法组各20例。两组在常规西药治疗方案上,中药组予定喘汤治疗,每日1剂;自血疗法组在中药基础上加用自血疗法,两天1次。7天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者总有效率、哮喘测试量表ACT评分变化、肺功能指标。结果:两组患者治疗后总有效率、ACT评分及肺功能均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合自血疗法治疗哮喘急性期能更好的控制临床症状,改善肺功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine combined with self blood therapy on the acute stage of asthma,and to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of this disease.Methods:40 patients with bronchial asthma in the acute stage of asthma were randomly divided into 20 cases of Chinese medicine group and self blood therapy group.The two groups in the conventional western medicine treatment,Chinese medicine treatment group received Dingchuan decoction,one dose daily;self blood therapy in traditional Chinese medicine group based on the use of self blood therapy,1 times two days.7 days is a course of treatment.The total efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment,the change of the ACT score of the asthma test scale and the index of lung function were observed.Results:The total effective rate,ACT score and lung function after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and self blood therapy can better control the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function in the acute stage of asthma.Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and self blood therapy can better control the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function in the acute stage of asthma.
