调神益智针联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗脑梗死后神经功能损伤及认知障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究调神益智针联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗脑梗死后神经功能损伤及认知障碍临床疗效。方法:选取脑梗死患者110例,随机分为对照组(55例)和治疗组(55例)。对照组口服灯盏生脉胶囊,每日3次,每次2粒。治疗组在此基础上加针刺。两组患者均治疗3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、NIHSS与MoCA评分。结果:治疗后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为85.4%和99.2%,两组患者NIHSS评分显著下降、MoCA评分显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组NIHSS与MoCA评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神益智针联合灯盏生脉胶囊能改善脑梗死后患者神经功能缺损及认知功能,值得推广。ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of the combination of mental acuity needle combined with deng zhan sheng mai capsule on nerve function injury and cognitive disorder after cerebral infarction.Methods:110 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(55 cases)and treatment group(55 cases).The control group took oral deng zhan sheng mai capsule,2 pills/times,3 times/d.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the base of the control group.Two groups of patients were treated for 3 months,and the clinical efficacy,NIHSS and MoCA scores were compared before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the control group and treatment group total effective rate were 85.4%and 99.2%respectively,the two groups with a significant reduction in the NIHSS score,a significant rise in MoCA score,group comparison before and after the treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).And the treatment group with MoCA NIHSS scores significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tiaoshen yizhi needle combined with deng zhan sheng mai capsule can improve the neurologic function and cognitive function of patients after cerebral infarction,and has certain clinical application value.
