中医护理临床路径在肛肠手术患者中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医护理临床路径在肛肠手术患者中的临床疗效。方法:将2016年1月至2017年7月我院收治的125例肛肠手术患者随机分成A、B两组(A组=60,B组=65),两组患者均进行常规护理,B组患者在常规护理的基础上施加中医护理临床路径。统计两组患者住院时间、住院期间的费用和不良反应发生情况;使用VAS疼痛评分量化表评价两组患者疼痛程度及自拟护理满意度调查表评价患者的护理满意度。结果:A组患者住院时间和住院费用均高于B组(P<0.05);A组VAS评分(7.6±0.5)高于B组(4.2±0.7),P<0.05;B组护理满意率(98.46%)显著高于A组(76.67%),P<0.05;A组术后并发症发生率(28.33%)显著高于B组(10.77%),P<0.05。结论:中医护理临床路径是一种十分有效的护理方式,可以大大降低患者经济负担,提高术后恢复效率,改善医患关系,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM nursing clinic pathway in patients with anorectal surgery.Methods The 125 patients with anorectal surgery admitted by our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into groups A and B(group A=60,group B=65).Both groups were given routine care,while group B patients increased the TCM nursing clinic pathway on the basis of routine care.The time and expense of hospitalization and postoperative complication rate in the two groups were counted.Using VAS score to understand the pain level of the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction of patients was evaluated by using our hospital self-evaluation questionnaire.Results:The time and expense of hospitalization in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05);The VAS score of Group A(7.6±0.5)was higher than that of group B(4.2±0.7),P<0.05;The nursing satisfaction rate of group B(98.46%)was significantly higher than that of group A(76.67%),P<0.05;The postoperative complications rate of group A(28.33%)were significantly higher than group B(10.77%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The TCM nursing clinic pathway is a very effective way of nursing,which can greatly reduce the economic burden of patients,improve the recovery efficiency,and change the doctorpatient relationship.It is worthy of being used in clinic.
