摘　　要：十八大以来,国家高度重视科技创新。科技创新成果的转化、转移、转让和许可使用都离不开价格的确定。如何体现出科技创新中凝结的创造性劳动,一直是一个难题。文章提出了一种新的科技创新成果定价方法,考虑了技术创新性、创新模式、技术成熟度、应用和推广及预期军事和经济效益等因素,有效体现出创新成果的创新价值。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,our government attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation.The transformation,transfer and licensing of the achievements of scientific and technological innovation can not be separated from the pricing.It has always been a difficult problem to embody the creative labor in the scientific and technological innovation.This paper puts forward a new pricing method of technological innovation achievements,taking into account factors such as technological innovation,innovation mode,technology maturity,application and promotion,and expected economic and military benefits,which effectively reflects the innovative value.
