摘　　要：在充分把握视觉障碍者对城市道路需求的基础上,对于当前我国现有的城市道路上的"视觉障碍者过街音响信号装置"系统的建立提出问题,并通过以听觉表达为特征的、以通用设计(Universal Design)为根本理念的为"视觉障碍者过街音响信号装置"系统的建立解决问题,使得视觉障碍者导向提示音寻路信息更加准确的表达出其应有的系统声音。In fully grasp the visual disabilities on the basis of the demand for urban roads,for the current our country existing city road on the"visual disabilities audio signal device"crossing the street the establishment of the system is put forward,and is characterized by auditory express,in general Design,Universal Design)is the fundamental idea of"visual disabilities crossing audio signal device"the establishment of the system to solve the problem,make visual disabilities pathfinding guide prompt information more accurately expresses its sound system.
