摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱同时测定纺织品中分散黄23和分散橙149禁用染料的方法。采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱对目标产物进行分离,一次进样分离只需25 min。与此同时还探究了不同流动相、流速、以及柱温对测定结果的影响。筛选出适合分散黄23和分散橙149测定的最佳条件:利用乙腈和0.1%磷酸溶液作为梯度洗脱的流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温40℃。同时在该条件下通过测定方法的回收率和目标产物的线性来验证方法的可行性。实验结果表明,两种染料在质量浓度0.5~20 mg/L范围内线性良好,加标回收率在94.1%~98.0%范围内,满足国家标准的要求。This paper established the testing method of disperse yellow 23 and disperse orange 149 in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The target products were separated by Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18 column and they could be separated by this method only in 25 minutes.The established method was selected by HPLC through studying the effects of different kinds of mobile phase,flow rate of mobile phase and column temperature.The optimum conditions for the determination of disperse yellow 23 and disperse orange 149 were selected:using acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution as the flow phase of gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was 40℃.Besides,the feasibility of the method was verified by the recovery rate test on these HPLC conditions.Experiment results showed that disperse yellow 23 and disperse orange 149 had good linearity in the range of 0.5 mg/L^20 mg/L and the recovery rate was within 94.1%~98.0%,which met the requirement of GB/T 233455-2009.
