摘  要:城市燃气经过各级高中压调压站后容易产生节流效应,产生压力降,绝热膨胀过程产生温度剧降,造成分输管线在低温下运行,对管线的运行产生安全隐患。为此,对北京王四营桥高压站L485管材,通过不同温度下母材的冲击试验,对管材的微观断口形貌和韧脆转变温度进行分析。研究结果表明,随着试验温度的降低,冲击韧性降低,冲击断口的韧窝尺寸和深度减小。L485钢的韧脆转变温度为-42.8℃,结合实际运行温度,该钢可以满足-20℃低温环境下使用要求。Throttling effect is easy to happen when city gas is transported to the behind of high and medium pressure regulator stations,pressure drops,adiabatic expansion produces a sharp drop in temperature,resulting in sub-pipeline running at low temperatures and bringing security risk to the pipeline.Therefore,the microfracture morphology and ductile-brittle transition temperature of L485 pipe in Beijing Wang SiYing bridge high pressure station were analyzed by the impact test of the base metal at different temperatures.Experimental results show that as the test temperature decreases,the impact toughness decreases,the size and depth of the dimple of the impact fracture are reduced.The ductile-brittle transition temperature of L485 steel is-42.8℃,com bining with the actual operating temperature,the steel can meet the use requirement in low temperature environment of-20℃.
