摘  要:文中主要对GIL产品的原材料进行检测,并提出试验过程的注意事项。使用光谱法进行化学成分分析;使用金相显微镜进行显微组织分析和晶粒度评级;通过晶间腐蚀试验进行材料的耐腐蚀敏感性测试;通过拉伸试验和维氏硬度试验进行力学性能测试;通过渗透检测和射线检测对GIL产品各个部分的焊缝等级进行评定。GIL产品原材料的检测结果均符合相关标准要求,并具有良好的性能。This paper mainly investigated raw materials of GIL products and put forward considerations in process of tests.The chemical composition was analyzed by spectrum method.The microscopic structure analysis and average grain size rate were investigated by metallographic.The corrosion resistance sensitivity was tested by intergranular corrosion test.The mechanical properties were tested by tensile test and Vickers hardness test.The welds grade of each part in GIL was determined by penetrant testing and radiographic testing.The results of GIL products raw material meet the requirements of relevant standards and presents good performance.
