原油长输管道改输天然气管体安全检验与评价

摘　　要：针对将闲置的输油管道改为输气管道,为了保障管道本体安全,需要对管道本体进行检验与评价。按照相关标准对管道进行检验与评价,包括外腐蚀直接检测与评价、漏磁内检测、压力试验,结果发现管道存在占压、埋深不足、阴极保护不合格、防腐层破损、管体外损伤缺陷等问题。Aiming at transformation of the unused oil pipeline into gas pipeline,in order to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline,inspection and evaluation of pipeline were needed to be tested and evaluated.In accordance with the relevant standards,inspection and evaluation of pipeline were carried out,including the external corrosion direct detection and evaluation,magnetic flux leakage inner detection and pressure test.The results show pipeline exists problem include land occupied,insufficient buried depth,cathodic protection unqualified,protecting coating damaged,external pipeline damage defects and so on.
