摘　　要：从哲学价值论的价值二元性,论证事实存在、内在价值和外在价值的相互关系。以建筑遗产特征信息为基础的综合价值、以空间属性为基础的功能价值(可利用性)两条价值线为主线,阐述与经济价值的相互关系,体现建筑遗产基本价值认识、人的感知(社会认知)、延伸的功能性需求价值的三个层次。探索构建新的建筑遗产价值体系,以期为建筑遗产保护与利用工作提供理论研究基础。This article demonstrates the relationship between factual existence,intrinsic value and external value from the duality of value of philosophical value theory.Based on the comprehensive value of the architectural heritage information,the two values of the functional value(availability)based on the spatial attribute are used as the mainline,and the relationship with the economic value is expounded,which reflects the basic value of the architectural heritage.Perception(socialcognition),extending the three levels of functional requirements.This article puts forward their own ideas on the construction of the new architectural heritage value system,hoping to provide the theoretical research foundation for the construction and utilization of architectural heritage.
