欧维婷对全子宫切除术后患者预防残端感染和促进残端愈合方面的影响

摘　　要：目的探析在全子宫切除术后应用欧维婷对促进残端愈合与预防残端感染的影响效果。方法选取2015年2月~2017年2月本院接收的40例全子宫切除术后患者,并按照随机原则分组,各20例,甲硝唑组应用甲硝唑进行治疗;欧维婷组予以欧维婷治疗。两组患者残端愈合时间、术后住院时间和阴道残端愈合率、阴道清洁度异常发生率、残端感染发生率进行比较,并比较两组用药后不良反应的发生情况。结果欧维婷组阴道残端愈合率明显高于甲硝唑组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。欧维婷组残端感染发生率以及阴道清洁度异常发生率远比甲硝唑组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。欧维婷组患者残端愈合时间、术后住院时间均明显短于甲硝唑组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药期间均无皮疹、呕吐、乳房胀痛等不良反应出现,仅有个别患者出现轻微瘙痒或局部烧灼感,其中,欧维婷组有1例出现轻微瘙痒,甲硝唑组有1例出现轻微瘙痒和1例局部烧灼感,但持续时间均比较短,均可耐受。结论在全子宫切除术后应用欧维婷对促进残端愈合与预防残端感染的影响效果显著,减少阴道清洁度异常发生率,缩短住院时间,且用药安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Oviving on the stump healing and the prevention of stump infection after total hysterectomy.Methods From February 2015 to February 2017,40 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups according to the principle of randomization.Metronidazole group was treated with metronidazole,Stump healing time,postoperative hospital stay,vaginal stump healing,abnormal vaginal cleanliness and incidence of stump infection were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results Ouwei Ting group vaginal stump healing rate was significantly higher than the metronidazole group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stump infection and vaginal cleanliness in Ouwei Ting group were much lower than those in the metronidazole group(P<0.05).Ouwei Ting group stump healing time,postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter than the metronidazole group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as rash,vomiting and breast tenderness occurred during the two groups.Only a few patients showed mild pruritus or local burning sensation.One patient in Ouwei Ting group had slight pruritus and one patient in metronidazole group had mild Itching and 1 case of local burning sensation,but the duration is relatively short,can be tolerated.Conclusion The application of Orvirotin after total hysterectomy has significant effect on promoting stump healing and preventing stump infection,reducing the incidence of abnormal vaginal cleanliness,shortening hospital stay,and high safety of medication,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
