高压氧综合治疗噪声性耳聋患者的临床效果及预后分析

摘　　要：目的分析噪声性耳聋患者的高压氧综合治疗的疗效及预后。方法选择2013年5月~2017年5月在本院治疗的108例NIHL患者临床资料,按治疗方案不同分两组,各54例,对照组行高压氧治疗,观察组在其基础上予以药物行综合治疗,比较组间疗效及预后。结果观察组治疗后总有效率83.33%比对照组61.11%高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后耳鸣18.52%、失眠14.81%、头晕11.11%、头痛5.56%比例均比对照组低,且纯音听阈值(41.52±8.41)d BHL较对照组有所改善(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分(230.79±9.56)分比对照组优(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合治疗能有效改善提高噪声性耳聋的疗效,改善听力功能,缓解伴随症状,促进生活质量提升,预后良好。Objective To analyze the efficacy and prognosis of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with noise-induced deafness.Methods The clinical data of 108 NIHL patients treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment regimens,54 cases in each group and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the control group.The observation group was given on the basis of Drug line comprehensive treatment,comparison between the group efficacy and prognosis.Results The total effective rate was 83.33%in the observation group compared with 61.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had 18.52%of the tinnitus,14.81%of the insomnia,11.11%of the dizziness and 5.56%of the headache were lower than the control group(41.52±8.41)dBHL was improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score(230.79±9.56)in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the curative effect of noise deafness,improve the hearing function,alleviate the concomitant symptoms,promote the quality of life and improve the prognosis.
