苯磺酸氨氯地平和硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价硝苯地平缓释片和苯磺酸氨氯地平片对老年高血压的治疗效果。方法选择本院2015年12月~2016年12月期间收治的老年高血压患者120例,以患者入院时间为序,通过随机均等法将其分为两组,每组60例,对照组使用硝苯地平缓释片,口服30 mg/d,观察组患者以苯磺酸氨氯地平片口服5 mg/d,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果两组间的治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义。两组患者白天和24 h的平均动态收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率及夜间的收缩压、平均动脉压和心率等数据比较差异无统计学意义;观察组夜间的舒张压低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压的治疗中应用苯磺酸氨氯地平和硝苯地平缓释片的效果相当,但苯磺酸氨氯地平的药物耐受性更高,且对夜间舒张压的控制情况优于硝苯地平缓释片。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets and amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,120 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets,30 mg/d orally.Patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate orally for 5 mg/d.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups.The mean dynamic systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure during the day and 24 hours in the two groups were evaluated.There was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic blood pressure at night,mean arterial pressure and heart rate.The night diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of amlodipine besylate and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertension is similar.The drug tolerance of amlodipine benzenesulfonate was higher and the control of night diastolic pressure was better than that of nifedipine sustained-release tablets.
