摘  要:以α-烯烃、二苯醚和发烟硫酸为原料,杂化的固体酸为烷基化催化剂,经烷基化、磺化和中和反应合成了不同碳链的双烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠(Cn-DADS,n=8、12和16),并采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)来表征烷基化产物和最终产物。测定了Cn-DADS的表面张力和乳化性能,结果表明C12-DADS具有较好的表面性能及乳化能力。此外,将双子表面活性剂Cn-DADS作为乳化剂用于苯丙乳液聚合,研究其对聚合物乳液性能的影响。结果显示:以Cn-DADS作为乳化剂采用种子乳液聚合的方法得到的聚合物乳液粒径较小,且机械稳定性和储存稳定性良好。Dialkylated diphenyl ether disulfonate(Cn-DADS,n=8,12 and 16)with different carbon chains were synthesized from 1-olefin and diphenyl oxide using the hybrid solid acid as the alkylation catalyst through alkylation,sulfonation and neutralization reaction.The structure of dialkylated diphenyl oxide(Cn-DADS)was characterized by HPLC,FT-IR and ESI-MS.Surface tension and emulsification performance of Cn-DADS were determined.The results showed that the surface activity and emulsification performance of C12-DADS was better than that of C8-DADS and C16-DADS.The Gemini surfactant Cn-DADS were used as emulsifier in styrene-butyl acrylate emulsion polymerization.The effect of surfactant on the properties of polymer emulsion was studied.The results showed that the polymer emulsion prepared by Cn-DADS as emulsifier by seed emulsion polymerization had small particle diameter,good mechanical stability and storage stability.
