摘 要:以月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯LAE和聚乙二醇油酸酯DQA复配为乳化剂,油酸酯QA为平滑剂,制备了平滑剂质量分数大于30%的纺丝油剂乳液体系,研究了乳液组成对其润湿性的影响。结果表明:随着乳液质量分数的增大,乳液表面张力、乳液在丙纶纤维表面的接触角和帆布片在乳液中的润湿时间均逐渐减小;并且乳液存在临界胶束浓度,小于临界胶束浓度时,乳液的表面张力、乳液在丙纶纤维表面的接触角和润湿时间均随乳液质量分数的增大而迅速减小,超过临界胶束浓度后,乳液质量分数对乳液性能的影响变小。另外,平滑剂质量分数增大和复配乳化剂HLB值增大均会导致润湿性变差。The spinning oil emulsion system with a mass fraction of more than 30%of the smoothness was prepared by mixing laurate polyoxyethylene ester(LAE)and polyethylene glycol oleate(DQA)as emulsifier and oleate QA as smoothing agent.The influence of emulsion composition on the wetting property of emulsion was studied.The results showed that with the increasing of emulsion concentration,the surface tension of emulsion,the contact angle of emulsion on the surface of the polypropylene fiber and the wetting time of canvas in emulsion all decreased.At the same time,the emulsion had critical micelle concentration.When the concentration was less than critical micelle concentration,the surface tension of emulsion,the contact angle and wetting time of emulsion on polypropylene fiber surface decreased rapidly with the increasing of emulsion concentration.When the concentration was larger than critical micelle concentration,the effect of emulsion concentration on the performance of emulsion decreased.Besides,the increase of the mass fraction of smoothing agent and the compound emulsifier HLB resulted in worse wettability.
