摘 要:为明确玉米不同品种之间植物化感活性的差异,以生菜为受体植物,采用琼脂混粉法测定17个玉米品种的不同器官对生菜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,供试玉米品种的根、茎、叶、雄花、果皮均对生菜幼苗的生长有良好的抑制作用,但品种及器官之间差异较大。在10 g/L处理浓度下,多数品种的茎、叶、果皮对生菜胚根生长的抑制率达到80%以上,但对生菜胚轴生长的抑制效果相对较差。综合不同器官对生菜胚根和胚轴生长的抑制率,以费玉3号、青农0902、鉴102、三北17、齐单1号、210×205、浚单20、郑单958、五岳288、东单13等品种的抑制活性相对较高。To determine the differential allelopathic activities of corn varieties,the effect of ground organ tissues of 17 corn varieties on the seedling growth of Lactuca sativa Linn.var.ramosa Hort as the receptor plant was determined in agar(PPA)in the laboratory.Roots,shoots,leaves,male flowers and pericarps of 17 corn varieties all clearly inhibited the growth of L.sativa var.ramosa seedlings;there was also a clear difference among varieties or organs.At a concentration of 10 g/L,the inhibitory rates of shoots,leaves and pericarps of most varieties on radicle growth were higher than 80%,but those on hypocotyl growth were relatively lower.According to the inhibitory rates of different organs on the growth of L.sativa var.ramosa seedlings,the activities of Feiyu 3,Qingnong 0902,Jian 102,Sanbei 17,Qidan 1,210×205,Jundan 20,Zhengdan 958,Wuyue 288 and Dongdan 13 were relatively higher that that of other varieties.
