阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷抗栓治疗冠心病房颤PCI术后患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷抗栓治疗冠心病房颤PCI术后患者的临床效果进行研究与分析。方法在2015年10月至2016年10月于本院接受治疗的冠心病房颤PCI术后患者中抽选120例展开研究,依据患者所接受的治疗方案进行分组,接受氯吡格雷与苄丙酮香豆素抗凝治疗的患者为对照组,给予阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷抗栓治疗为观察组,所有患者均接受其他冠心病二级预防干预,比较其不良事件及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的不良事件(血栓栓塞、死亡、心房附壁血栓形成)发生概率同对照组比较(P>0.05)(两组均未发生不良事件);两组患者的出血发生概率比较(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷抗栓治疗冠心病房颤PCI术后患者的临床疗效同氯吡格雷与苄丙酮香豆素抗凝治疗的疗效相似,但相对而言,该项治疗方案的出血风险较低,具有较高的安全性。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI.Methods In the period from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital for treatment of atrial fibrillation in coronary heart disease patients after PCI surgery in 120 cases of selected study group according to treatment received by patients with clopidogrel and warfarin anticoagulation in patients as control group,aspirin combined with clopidogrel antithrombotic therapy for all patients as the observation group.Received the two grade prevention of coronary heart disease intervention,compare the adverse events and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The incidence of adverse events(thromboembolism,death and atrial wall thrombosis)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05)(no adverse events occurred in the two groups),and the probability of bleeding in the two groups was(P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel antithrombotic therapy has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after atrial fibrillation.PCI has relatively low bleeding risk and high safety.
