摘　　要：目的建立鲁南苏北地区新生儿脐血血细胞参数的生物参考区间,研究新生儿性别、胎龄、分娩方式与产妇年龄对脐血血细胞参数的影响。方法收集2016年1月~2016年12月在临沂市妇儿童医院出生的新生儿脐血共2280例,标本采用EDTA-K2抗凝。用Beckman公司的DXH800全血动血细胞分析仪检测白细胞计数、红细胞计数、网织红细胞计数、有核红细胞计数等24项血细胞参数。各参数的生物区间统计采用均值与标准差表示或百分位数法来建立。不同组间的比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验。结果共有2280例脐血标本纳入研究,建立了脐血24项血细胞参数的生物区间。性别、分娩方式、胎龄是脐血全血细胞分析参数的影响因素。不同的产妇年龄组对脐血血细胞参数没有显著差异。结论建立了鲁南地区脐血24项血细胞参数的生物区间。新生儿性别、分娩方式与胎龄是影响脐血血细胞参数的重要因素。Objective To build the reference ranges of umbilical cord blood cell parameters among healthy newborns,to investigate the effects of sex,gestational age,mode of delivery and mother age on umbilical cord blood cell counting.Methods Umbilical cord blood samples of 2280 nowborns were collected from January 2016 to December 2016 in Linyi Maternity and Children’s Hospital.24 parameters were tested by an automated hematologic analyzer(Beckman DXH800).The reference ranges were built with mean and standard deviation or percentile.Mann-Whitney U were used to compare the difference b etween two groups.Results 2280 umbilical cord blood were enrolled in this study and the reference value of 24 parameters were built.Sex of newborns,the mode of delivery,gestational age had an effect the reference range.The maternal age had no effect on umbilical cord blood cell parameters.Conclusion 24 reference values of umbilical cord blood cell parameters were built for newborns of South Shandong Province.Newborn sex,the mode of delivery,gestational age influenced umbilical cord blood cell parameters.But maternal age had no effect on it.
