宁夏城市地区绝经后女性性激素水平与血脂代谢的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究绝经后女性性激素水平随年龄的变化以及性激素水平与血脂代谢的相关性。方法以整群抽样的方法选取宁夏城市社区的绝经后女性884例,测其血脂及性激素水平,从而探讨性激素水平与血脂代谢的相关性。结果 (1)绝经后女性T、E2随年龄增长呈降低趋势。(2)绝经后女性血脂异常组雌激素水平高于对照组。结论绝经后女性血脂代谢不仅受性激素水平的影响,还可能与不同民族的遗传背景、饮食习惯及生活方式等有关。Objective To study the change of sex hormone levels with age and the correlation between sex hormone levels and blood lipid metabolism among postmenopausal women,Methods Using cluster sampling method to recruit 844 subjects from urban area in Ningxia Yinchuan communities,sex hormone levels and blood lipids levels were measured among subjects,and thens tudy the correlation between sex hormone levels and blood lipid metabolism among postmenopausal women.Results①Among postmenopausal women,T、E2 decreased with age.②Postmenopausal women with dyslipidemia had higher levels of estrogen than the control group.Conclusion The blood lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women is not only affected by sex hormone levels,but also may be related to the genetic background,dietary habits and lifestyle among different ethnic groups.
