摘　　要：目的分析166例临时起搏器植入术后并发症发生的原因及防治。方法收集2008年6月~2014年6月期间收治的166例临时起搏器植入患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果发生起搏器术后并发症共10例,其中导管移位2例,起搏阈值增高2例,膈肌刺激1例,气胸1例,下肢静脉血栓1例,心肌穿孔1例;结论完善术前准备,规范术中操作,加强术后对患者的宣教,可降低并发症的发生率,提高临时起搏器并发症早期识别能力并及时处理有重要意义。Objective To explore the complications of temporary pacemaker implantation and examine their preventions.Methods A retrospective chart analysis was performed,focusing on complications associated with 166 cases of temporary pacemaker implantation performed during the period from June 2008 to June 2014.Results A total of 10 complications occurred,broken down into 2 cases of catheter displacement,2 cases of increased pacing threshold,1 case of phrenic nerve stimulation,1 case of pneumothorax,1 case of LEDVT and 1 case of ventricle perforation.Conclusion The data presented here help define the complication rates for temporary pacemaker implantation.To lower the complication rates,preparation before the procedure,specification operation and postoperative education are needed.
