摘 要:在新常态的经济发展情况下,实行品牌建设是山西煤炭企业提高其在市场竞争中地位的关键,是现代化企业管理工作的重要组成部分,这也符合了国家实施环保及节能减排的要求。通过上网搜集最新的相关资料,阅读相关的经济期刊和杂志,利用文献研究法和调查法对新常态下山西煤炭企业的品牌建设进行研究。首先,对山西煤炭企业的品牌建设发展的现状进行分析;其次,找出目前山西煤炭企业品牌建设存在的问题;最后,运用品牌建设的相关理论分别从品牌的形象、品牌的系统化、客户响应等方面进行详细的分析,并对山西煤炭企业目前存在的每个问题提出相对应的解决对策,力争为山西煤炭企业的品牌建设及整个煤炭市场的良性发展起到指导和借鉴的作用。Under the new normal economic development,brand building is the key for Shanxi coal enterprises to improve their position in market competition,and is an important part of modern enterprise management.This is in line with the national environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction requirements.Through the Internet to collect the latest relevant information,read the relevant economic journals and magazines.Using the method of literature research and investigation to study the brand construction of Shanxi coal enterprises under the new normal.Firstly,the current situation of the brand construction and development of Shanxi coal enterprises is analyzed.Secondly,find out the problems existing in the brand construction of Shanxi coal enterprises at present;Finally,the use of brand building phase Guan theory respectively from the image of the brand,brand systematization,customer response and other aspects of detailed analysis,and Shanxi coal enterprises to solve each of the existing problems corresponding countermeasures.The aim is to guide and draw lessons from the brand construction of Shanxi coal enterprises and the benign development of the whole coal market.
