摘　　要：在互联网金融背景下,小微企业融资时遇到的困境为P2P融资模式的创新提供一些新的启示。研究分析了互联网金融背景下广东小微企业P2P融资模式创新发展,然后提出一些小微企业P2P融资模式健康发展的建议,希望可以为小微企业的发展助力。Under the background of Internet finance,the difficulties encountered by small and micro enterprises financing provide some new enlightenment for the innovation of P2P financing mode.This paper studies and analyzes the innovative development of P2P financing mode of small and micro enterprises in Guangdong under the background of Internet finance.
