摘　　要：军民融合公共服务平台作为军民融合国家战略的重要支撑,将极大促进军民两用技术的转化与交易、信息资源的共享,发展资金的优化。但是,地方军民融合公共服务平台存在着技术成果转化率低、孵化周期长、同质化建设多等突出问题。为了进一步有效发挥各类军民融合的运行效率、助推军民融合创新改革和产业发展,以西安市的军民融合公共服务平台为例,对提高西安市军民融合平台运行效率的对策进行了探索,收到了一定的效果。As an important support for the national strategy of civil-military inosculation,public service platform with civil-military inosculation will greatly promote the transformation and transaction of dual-use technology and information resources,and optimize the development of funds.However,public service platform with local civil-military inosculation has many outstanding problems,such as low conversion rate of technical achievements,long incubation period,and more homogeneity construction.In order to give full play to the operational efficiency of all kinds of civil-military inosculation,and boost the innovation and industrial development of civil-military inosculation,this paper takes Xi'an public service platform with civil-military inosculation as an example,explores the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the civil-military inosculation platform in Xi'an,which maintains a certain effect.
