摘  要:创新人才的培养,对于提高我国核心竞争力的重要性不言而喻,也是高等教育的重要任务。物理化学课程因其在药学专业的学生创新思维能力的培养上的独特作用,使得物理化学的课程改革的紧要性、必要性进一步提高。结合目前高校物理化学的发展趋势,基于创新人才培养的需要,我们从物理化学的课堂教学模式、开展专题讲座、改革考核评价办法、加大学生实践能力和创新能力的应用几个方面进行了探索,取得了初步效果,为提高创新型人才培养质量提供参考。It is self-evident that the cultivation of innovative talents is of great importance to enhancing our core competitiveness.It is also an important task for higher education.Because of its unique role in the cultivation of innovative thinking ability of students majoring in pharmacy,the curriculum of physical chemistry makes the reform of the curriculum reform in physics and chemistry more urgent and more necessary.Combined with the current development trend of college physical and chemistry course and based on the needs of cultivating innovative talents,we explored from several aspects of the classroom teaching mode of physical and chemistry course,special lectures,the reform of assessment methods,and the application of students'practical ability and innovative ability which has achieved initial results.These would provide a reference for improving innovation Talent training quality.
