医学生对“住院医师规范化培训”制度的认知现状及就业心理分析

摘　　要：目的:了解低年级医学生对规培制度的认知现状,分析其就业心理。方法:以某医科大学大一至大三共540名学生为研究对象,采用自制问卷进行问卷调查。结果:23.99%的受访者对规培制度表示了解,不同专业和生源地医学生的了解程度有统计学差异(p<0.05);47.98%的医学生支持规培制度;25.72%的医学生对就业前景表示乐观,不同专业医学生对就业前景的态度有统计学差异(p<0.05);76.6%的医学生就业去向的第一选择是考研,不同专业医学生的就业去向选择有统计学差异(p<0.05);73.90%的医学生希望进入三级甲等医院,46.26%的医学生期望薪资在每月3000至5000元。结论:低年级医学生对规培制度的了解较少,就业期望值偏高,医学院校要加强对规培制度的宣传,引导医学生树立正确的求职择业观。The purpose of the paper is to understand the cognitive status of the junior medical students on the regulation system,and to analyze their employment psychology.Method Taking a total of 540 students from grade one to three of a Medical University as the research object,and using self-made questionnaire survey.Results 23.99%of the respondents know about compliance training system,and there is significant difference between the degree of understanding of different professional students and medical students(p<0.05);47.98%of the medical students support standardized training system;25.72%medical students are optimistic about the em ployment prospects,and different professional medical students'attitude have statistically significant difference(p<0.05);the first choice of 76.6%medical students is continuing with postgraduate education,and different professional medical students'choice has statistically significant difference(p<0.05);73.90%of the students hope to enter a tertiary hospital,and 46.26%of the medical students expect salary for 3000 to 5000 yuan per month.Conclusion Lower grade medical students have little knowledge of standardized training sys tem and high expectation for employment.Medical colleges and universities should strengthen publicizing standardized training system,and guide medical students to set up the right job hunting concept.
