共创思维社区公共事务管理参与的服务设计研究

摘　　要：目的为了让居民积极、稳定、有效地持续参与社区公共事务的管理。方法分析了社区公共事务管理参与是服务设计思维可介入的问题,进一步阐述了服务设计中共创设计的方法对社区管理参与的作用,如共创设计为社区管理问题的解决带来了问题发现的新视角、方案共创的新工具、方案实现新途径。结论通过建立多渠道参与平台、游戏化模拟的方式、可视化共创设计工具这三种设计策略,有效提升居民的参与,进而有效解决社区问题、改善社区生活。Objective In order to make the residents actively,steadily and effectively continue to participate in the management of community public affairs.Method This paper analyzes the problem that the participation of community public affairs management is the access problem of service design thinking,and further expounds the role of the design method in the service design to participate in community management,such as creating a problem for community management problems.The new perspective,the program to create new tools,programs to achieve new approach.Conclusion Through the establishment of multi-channel participation platform,game simulation,visual design tools to create these three design strategies to effectively enhance the participation of residents,and then solve community problems effectively and improve community life.
