摘　　要：大学生的择业与就业影响着我国教育体制的改革与发展,"大学生职业发展与就业创业指导"课程在各高校愈发受到重视。本文以辽宁工业大学为例,在师生观念、教师队伍建设、教学观念、教学安排、教学方法、课程考核办法等方面进行"大学生职业发展与就业创业指导"课程教学改革,实现完成了梯队式教师队伍基本搭建完成,教师的教学理念得以改善,教学内容充分整合,教学方法手段多样化,搭建网络教育平台,考核形式引导学习。College students'job-seeking and employment affects the reform and development of the education system in our country,so the course of"College Students'Career Development and Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance"has been attached to more and more importance in colleges and universities.Taking Liaoning University of Technology as an example,the teaching reform of“College Students'Career Development and Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance”was carried out from such aspects as teachers'and students'ideas,teacher team construction,teaching ideas,teaching arrangement,teaching methods,curriculum evaluation methods and so on.Through the reform,a layered teacher team has been established basically;teachers'teaching ideas were improved;teaching contents were integrated fully;teaching methods and means became diversified;an online education platform was established;evaluation can effectively guide learning.
