基于高校毕业生就业期望与社会需求的差异分析及对策研究

摘　　要：高校扩招导致毕业生数量井喷式发展,大学教育从精英教育变为大众教育,高校毕业生就业形势不容乐观,企业招聘难的问题也同时存在。本文以2017届毕业生就业意向为探索的出发点,分析企业需求与毕业生就业期望、能力之间的差异,以期解决存在现有供给与实际供需脱节、不同群体的就业能力存在差距的问题。The expansion of college enrollment has led to the development of the number of graduates.When college education has changed from elite education to mass education,the employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic.At the same time,the problem of difficult enterprise recruitment also exists.This paper takes the Grade 2017 graduates'employment intentions as the starting point for exploration,and analyzes the difference between enterprise demands and the graduates'employment expectations and abilities,in order to solve the problem that there is a gap between the existing supply and the actual supply and demand and different groups'employment abilities.
