摘　　要：江苏开放型经济近年来取得了长足的发展,各项开放型经济指标均显示了良好的发展势头。在新形势下,国内外环境正发生深刻变化,江苏实施创新驱动发展战略具有重大的现实意义。加强制度创新水平、坚持科技创新、推进产业结构转型升级、实施区域互动协同发展以及坚持"引进来"和"走出去"相结合等,是江苏实施创新驱动战略的重要举措,也是引领构建开放型经济新优势的客观要求。The open economy of Jiangsu has made great progress in recent years,all the open economic indicators have shown a good momentum of development.In the new situation,great changes have taken place in the environment at home and abroad.It is of great practical significance for Jiangsu to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.Strengthening the system innovation level,adhering to scientific and technological innovation,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the implementation of regional cooperative development,adhering to the combination of“bringing in”and“going out”is not only an important way of implementing the innovation driven strategy,but also lead the objective requirement of building a new open economy advantage.
