摘　　要：在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、创新社会治理体制的大背景下,社区的作用日益凸显,基层社区协同治理也成为推进国家治理现代化的重点。面对日益复杂的社区问题与落后的管理体制之间的矛盾,南京市泰山街道积极开展社区治理创新的探索,提升治理能力与效率,对丰富社会治理创新的实践具有重要意义。In the context of advancing the national governance system and the modernization of governance ability and innovating the social governance system,the role of communities has become increasingly prominent,and the grassroots community collaborative governance has become the focus of advancing the modernization of the state governance.In the face of the contradiction between the increasingly complex community problems and the backward management system,the Taishan Street in Nanjing is actively exploring the innovation of community governance,improving the management ability and efficiency,which is of great significance to enrich the practice of social governance innovation.
