摘　　要：综述常用的5个攻击行为风险评估工具的应用现状,常用评估工具均具有较好的信度和效度,并且每个量表各具特色,如量表使用目的、评估时间段、诊断价值有所不同。在对风险的评估也是有限的,还需根据我国情况对评估工具进行修订和完善,并引进应用于精神科临床护理中。This article reviewed the application status quo of 5 common aggressive risk assessment tools,pointed out that all scales mentioned have good reliability and validity.Each scale has its own distinctive features of scale purpose,assessment period,and diagnostic value.The assessment tools on risk were limited,and it needs to be revised and improved according to the situation of our country,and introduced into the clinical nursing of psychiatric department
