摘　　要：为了探索从猕猴桃属植物幼嫩叶片中获得高质量DNA的提取方法。以4份猕猴桃资源的幼嫩叶片为试材,用不同提取方法进行实验研究对比,并通过紫外分光光度计与琼脂糖凝胶电泳对所提取样品的DNA质量进行检测。结果表明,各方法均能得到DNA,但效果不同,试剂盒B方法 (天根)提取的DNA质量好,纯度较高,得到的DNA OD(260/280)值均处于1.74~1.96之间;该方法适用于这4种猕猴桃资源的DNA提取;其中,软枣、贵长、葛枣猕猴桃提取效果比较好,红阳猕猴桃提取效果一般。In order to explore the extraction metliod of high quality D N A from the young leaves of Actinidia plants.The young leaves of 4 kiwifruit resources were used as test materials,and different extraction methods were used to compare.The DNAquality of the extracted sample was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and agarose gel electrophoresis.The results showthat the method of B Kit(Tiangen)extracted D N A of good quality,high purity,the D N A O D(260/280)values were in the range of 1.74~1.96#D N A extraction,this methiod is suitable for the 4 resources which is long,e x p e n s i v e arguta Guichani i〇oseberry Actinidia polygama extraction efect is beter,Hongyangkiwifruit the general effect of extraction.
