温胆汤合酸枣仁汤加味治疗强迫症25例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温胆汤合酸枣仁汤加味治疗强迫症的疗效。方法将50例强迫症患者随机分组,治疗组25例用温胆汤合酸枣仁汤加味口服,对照组25例采用盐酸氟西汀20 mg 1次/d口服,同时辅以心理治疗。比较2组治疗前后耶鲁-布郎强迫量表(Y-BOCS)评分变化情况,根据Y-BOCS评估变化判断临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为92%,明显优于对照组的68%;治疗12周后,2组Y-BOCS评分均显著下降,但治疗组Y-BOCS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤合酸枣仁汤加味治疗强迫症有一定的推广价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of Wendan Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods 25 cases in the treatment group were treated with Wendan Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction orally,and 25 cases in the control group were treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride 20 mg once/d orally,supplemented with psychotherapy.Observations:The change of Yale-Brown's Obesity Scale(Y-BOCS)before and after treatment was compared between two groups.According to Y-BOCS assessment of changes to determine the clinical efficacy.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 92%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(68%).After 12 weeks of treatment,the Y-BOCS scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the Y-BOCS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wendan Decoction combined with Suanzaoren decoction has certain value in promoting obsessive-compulsive disorder.
