潮汕传统宗教信仰的基本格局与作用

摘　　要：潮汕传统宗教信仰是指基督宗教之外的本地宗教信仰。其门类齐全,形态丰富,大体上可分为道教及民间杂神、佛教、官方主导信仰及祖灵祭祀三个类型。潮汕传统宗教信仰参与了潮人心灵的塑造,对潮汕文化的总体建构发生过深远影响,在本地开发和海外拓殖中也扮演过重要角色。The traditional religious beliefs in Chaoshan refer to the local religious beliefs excluding Christianity.They include a great variety and diversity of beliefs,which can be generally grouped into three types:Taoism and folk gods,Buddhism,and officially-dominant beliefs and worship of ancestry.All the traditional religious beliefs in Chaoshan contribute to shaping the mind and mentality of the Chaoshan people,exert a far-reaching influence on the overall construct of Chaoshan culture,and play a very important role in developing the region and promoting the social security and welfare.
