摘 要:针对700℃先进超超临界锅炉开发的310系列新型奥氏体耐热钢成分特点,分析了原材料的焊接性,结合备选焊材性能对比完成了焊材选型及焊接工艺方案,开展了小口径管TIG焊接工艺试验;对焊接接头进行了室温力学性能及高温持久性能测试,并分析了接头组织特征。试验结果表明,S31035锅炉用钢具有良好的焊接性,采用高匹配焊接材料可获得良好的接头性能及合格的显微组织。Series 310 new austenitic heat resistant steel was developed for 700 ℃ ultra supercritical boiler. Based on its composition characteristics,its weldability was analyzed,and the welding material and welding process were determined by combined with optional welding material performance contrast. TIG welding experiments were carried out with a small-bore pipe. The mechanical properties of welding joints were tested at room temperature and the stress-rupture property at high temperature of the joints were analyzed. The test results show that the S31035 boiler steel has good weldability,and excellent joint properties and qualified microstructure can be obtained by high matching welding material.
