摘  要:复合材料夹层结构广泛应用于航空航天、舰船等领域,其低速冲击特性近年来受到广泛关注.为研究芯层几何构型对夹层结构冲击特性的影响,首先制备了碳纤维面板、铝合金芯层的复合材料夹层结构,并开展了实验研究,然后基于AUBAQUS通用软件平台,开发了用户自定义材料VUMAT,对模型试件进行了仿真模拟,仿真计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.基于此,针对5种不同芯层几何构型的波纹夹层结构,进行了冲击性能的系列计算.结果表明:针对不同的冲击能量,芯层的几何构型在低能冲击下对结构的冲击损伤范围和吸能能力有较大的影响,而在高能冲击下影响却很小.Sandwich structures have been widely applied in engineering fields such as the aerospace,marine sectors.To investigate impacting characteristics of multi-shapes of a corrugated core,corrugated core sandwich structures are fabricated with carbon fiber reinforced polymer face sheets and aluminium alloy cores.The impact experiment is conducted.A calculation method based on ABAQUS with a VUMAT subroutine has been established for evaluating performance of the corrugated panel under impact loads.Calculation results match well with the experiment results.Then five kinds of corrugated core shapes are designed and calculated respectively.The results show that the effect of shape of corrugated core on damage scope and ability of absorbed energy depend on impact energy.Under low-energy impact,the shape of a corrugated core plays an important role in the damage scope and ability of absorbed energy.While under high-energy impact,the shape of a corrugated core has no effect on the damage scope and ability of absorbed energy.
