摘  要:纳机电器件与系统的快速发展,吸引了人们对金属纳米线连接技术及其连接机理进行研究.文中采用Monte Carlo方法,对金与铂纳米线在惰性气体氛围中的头对头、边对边和头对边3种连接模型进行了连接部位界面结构形变过程和热学稳定性模拟研究.研究发现,同种连接模型中,连接部位界面结构具有相似的形变过程,惰性气体原子数密度大时,连接部位界面结构具有更好的热学稳定性;不同连接模型中,连接部位界面结构形变过程不同,同条件下,头对边模型界面结构具有最好的热学稳定性;惰性气体原子对各种模型界面结构的形变过程影响不大,但能提高界面结构的热学稳定性.研究结果为理解金属纳米线在惰性气体氛围中连接处界面结构的形成机理及其热学稳定性提供了理论参考.s have focused on the mechanism of interconnection between nanowires.In this paper,the shape evolution and thermal stability of the interface of the interconnection between the two single-crystal nanowires(Pt-Au)with three different joining styles had been demonstrated by Monte Carlo simulation method from the atomic scale.Two free ends of the nanowries were successfully and quickly joined together to form a continuous nanowire by annealing at very low temperatures.For the same interconnection models,the configurations of the interface had the same shape evolution processes although with different number density of inter gas atoms.However,the interface configuration had better thermal stability in the higher number density of inter gas atoms.Comparing with three different joining styles,we found that the configurations of the interface had the different shape evolution processes,the head to side joining procedure had the best thermal stability and the head to head joining procedure had the worst thermal stability in the same number density inter gas atoms.The inert gas atoms had little effects on the shape evolution for all the joining procedures,but they had the important effects on the thermal stability for the interface configurations.As temperature increased,at the interface,some Au atoms were attracted to the Pt nanowire and the position of breaking was always emerged at the side of Au nanowire.Our study provided a theoretical guidance for the understanding of the mechanism of the interface structure formation and thermal stability of the interface structure in the inert gas atmosphere.
