摘　　要：目的分析2010-2016年华北地区部队虫媒与自然疫源性疾病流行现状,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法根据《军队传染病疫情报告信息系统》,采用描述流行病学方法,对2010-2016年华北地区部队虫媒与自然疫源性疾病发病数据进行统计分析。结果近7年华北地区部队共报告虫媒与自然疫源性疾病8种,以疟疾和布鲁氏菌病为主,二者报告发病数占发病总数的82.14%;2011-2014年持续高发,但近2年呈下降趋势;主要疾病季节性明显;发病者中,驻河北部队官兵、男性、战士、18~35岁者、入伍6年以上者居多;感染地点主要在营区。结论为进一步做好部队虫媒与自然疫源性疾病防控工作,一要详细调查掌握虫媒与自然疫源性疾病本底信息;二要加强虫媒与自然疫源性疾病日常监测与控制;三要强化部队任务期间的虫媒与自然疫源性疾病防控;四要深入研究并大力推广防控新技术。Objective To find out about the epidemiological characteristics of natural focus and vector-borne infectious diseases in North China troops between 2010 and 2016 and provide evidence for prevention and control of these diseases.Methods According to the data from Military Infectious Diseases Information Reporting System,descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted of the incidence of natural focus and vector borne infectious diseases in North China troops between 2010 and 2016.Results There were eight types of natural focus and vector borne infectious diseases reported during this period.The two prevalent diseases were malaria and brucellosis,accounting for 82.14%of the total cases.A high incidence of these two diseases was reported between 2011 and 2014,but the incidence was in decline recently.These diseases were highly seasonal.Most of the patients were 18 to 35 years old,male and with more than 6 years of military service in Hebei province.Conclusion It is necessary to conduct targeted prevention and control of these vector-borne and natural focus infectious diseases in military troops by collecting the background information about these diseases,enhancing the daily surveillance and control,and makingnew techniques accessible to these diseases.
