摘　　要：目的通过调查原某军区司机训练大队学兵集训期间发病情况,以期探讨更合理的医疗保障措施。方法按照国际ICD-10标准进行疾病的命名和分类,统计疾病的发病率,并分析常见系统疾病的内部构成情况及同季节变化的关系。结果各种疾病的总发病率为85.9%,其中以呼吸系统疾病、皮肤和皮下组织疾病、损伤中毒和外因的某些其他后果、消化系统疾病的发病率较高。呼吸系统疾病以上呼吸道感染最常见,并且高发于集训的早期;皮肤病以皮炎、湿疹和足癣多发,与气温高密切相关;损伤中毒和外因的某些其他后果与训练内容和训练的熟练程度有关;消化系统疾病也在天热时高发。结论要加强教育,强调个人卫生,科学管理,根据天气变化合理调整训练强度,针对不同疾病采取不同的措施,科学组织训练。Objective To provide better health care for soldiers through a survey on their morbidity during driving training.Methods According to the international classification of diseases(ICD-10),the incidence of diseases was calculated.The components of common system diseases and the relationships with seasonal changes were also analyzed.Results The total incidence of diseases was 85.9%.Prevalent diseases involved the respiratory system,the skin and subcutaneous tissue,injury,poisoning and other consequences of external causes,and the digestive system.Upper respiratory infection was the most common respiratory disease during driving training.Conclusion Proper training requires emphasis on health education,personal hygiene,good management,intensity adjustment according to the weather,and targeted treatment.
