东北高寒地区某部队医院骨科住院军人疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的调查黑龙江省高寒地区官兵骨科住院疾病谱,为军队骨科疾病防治及合理配置医疗资源提供依据。方法调阅我院骨科2012年1月-2016年12月部队伤病员住院病历,按国际疾病分类(ICD10)进行统计并制成Excel表格,采用SPSS 23.0软件进行分析。根据不同疾病数量占比、人群、类别、年龄不同进行数据分析。结果共收集病例3065人次,年平均收治住院官兵约为631人次,实际治疗613人次。2012年全年收治人数最少,为530人次,2016年收治最多,为815人次;近5年收治患者人数整体呈上升趋势。导致寒区官兵住院的疾病排名前列的是腰椎间盘突出、颈椎病、膝关节损伤、滑膜炎、筋膜炎、上肢骨折(掌骨、指骨、腕骨)、下肢骨折(胫腓骨、跖骨、跟骨)、股骨头缺血性坏死、急性腰扭伤、腰椎骨折、踝关节损伤、肩周炎。结论根据驻黑龙江省高寒地区骨科住院军人疾病谱特点,为寒区医院骨科合理配置医疗资源提供依据和保障,搞好相应健康宣教工作,有助于保障官兵健康,增强寒区部队官兵战斗力。Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of officers and soldiers hospitalized in a department of Orthopedics in Heilongjiang Province,and to provide evidence for prevention and control of bone diseases and for rational allocation of medical resources.Methods All of the military inpatients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics at our hospital between 2012 and 2016 were investigated.According to International Classification of Diseases(ICD10),data was collected and transformed into an Excel table.Descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0.Results A total of 3065 cases were collected,and the average annual number of hospitalized officers and soldiers was about 631,613 of whom,however,were treated.The number of patients admitted was 530 in 2012,but was increased to 815 in 2016.In cold areas,the prevalent diseases that led to the hospitalization of these troops were lumbar disc herniation,cervical spondylosis,knee injury,fasciitis,synovitis,upper limb fractures(metacarpal,phalanx,wrist),lower limb fracture(tibia and fibula,calcaneus,metatarsal),avascular necrosis of the femoral head,acute lumbar sprain,lumbar fractures,ankle joint injury,and scapulohumeral periarthritis.Conclusion This disease spectrum of military inpatients in the Departmentof Orthopedics in Heilongjiang Province can provide evidence for improving disease prevention and rational allocation of medical resources.Health education needs to be made more accessible to protect the health of officers and soldiers and increase their combative capacity.
