摘　　要：目的分析新生儿住院病例疾病谱特点,指导新生儿疾病的预防救治工作。方法采用SAS 9.4软件对某医院2012-2016年新生儿住院病例数据进行回顾性统计分析。结果 5年间前10位疾病顺位存在一致性。前10位疾病性别分布具有统计学意义的是:新生儿肺炎(χ~2=14.94,P<0.05),新生儿高胆红素血症(χ~2=34.01,P<0.05),新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(χ~2=22.46,P<0.05),新生儿ABO溶血症(χ~2=10.37,P<0.05)。季节分布具有统计学意义的是:新生儿高胆红素血症(χ~2=43.45,P<0.05),新生儿肺炎(χ~2=28.05,P<0.05),早产儿(χ~2=25.66,P<0.05),新生儿病理性黄疸(χ~2=13.48,P<0.05),新生儿败血症(χ~2=10.32,P<0.05)。早晚期新生儿的前10位病种构成和顺位差异较大。结论医院应根据各病种的分布特点,有针对性地加强相关疾病的诊治管理,加强围生期的保健宣教工作。Objective To analyze the characteristics of the disease spectrum of neonates in order to guide the prevention and treatment of diseases among neonates.Methods Data on neonates hospitalized between 2012 and 2016 was analyzed retrospectively using the SAS9.4 software.Results The disease spectrum was consistent for the top ten diseases over these five years.The top ten diseases whose sex distribution was of statistical significance included neonatal pneumonia(χ2=14.94,P<0.05),neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(χ2=34.01,P<0.05),neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(χ2=22.46,P<0.05)and neonatal ABO hemolytic disease(χ2=10.37,P<0.05).Seasonal distribution was of statistical significance for such diseases as neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(χ2=43.45,P<0.05),neonatal pneumonia(χ2=28.05,P<0.05),premature infant(χ2=25.66,P<0.05),neonatal pathologic jaundice(χ2=13.48,P<0.05)and neonatal septicemia(χ2=10.32,P<0.05).Conclusion Hospitals have to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of related diseases while making perinatal health education more effective accroding to the characteristics of distribution of various diseases.
