高频超声联合彩色多普勒对颈部淋巴结病变的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究高频超声联合彩色多普勒对颈部淋巴结病变的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年4月至2017年4月收治的经手术或病理确诊为颈部淋巴结病变患者92例作为研究对象,均采用高频超声联合彩色多普勒进行检查,并对诊断结果进行统计分析。结果 92例患者经高频超声联合彩色多普勒诊断的准确率为91.30%,其中检测出淋巴结炎15例,反应性增生淋巴结19例,恶性淋巴瘤27例,转移性淋巴结23例;高频超声联合彩色多普勒能较好地显示颈部淋巴结病变的形态及淋巴门情况,并且对多数病灶边界显示良好,能够通过回声来探及病灶内部的变化情况,颈部周围血管的血流信号显示为血流信号减少或消失,而大多淋巴结周边血流丰富。结论高频超声联合彩色多普勒在颈部淋巴结病变的诊断中具有较高的诊断准确率,很好地显示了不同颈部病变的特点,能够很好地诊断及鉴别良性或恶性颈部肿大淋巴结,具有较高的临床诊断价值。Objective To study the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node lesions.Methods A total of 92 patients with cervical lymphadenopathy who had been surgically or pathologically diagnosed in our hospital between April 2015 and April 2017 were selected as subjects.They were examined using high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler.The diagnostic results were observed and analyzed.Results The diagnos鄄tic accuracy of 92 patients using high frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler was 91.30%.There were 15 cases of lymphadenitis,19 cases of reactive hyperplasia lymph nodes,27 cases of malignant lymphoma and 23 cases of metastatic lymph nodes.High-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler could better show the morphology of cervical lymph node lesions and lymphatic conditions.This approach showed clearly most of the lesion boundaries and was able to detect changes within the lesion by echo.The blood flow signals of the peripheral blood vessels of the neck showed that the blood flow signals decreased or disappeared,while the blood flow around the majority of the lymph nodes was abundant.Conclusion The method of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler has high accuracy for the diagnosis of cervical lymph node lesions,which can show the characteristics of different cervical lesions well,serve as a good diagnosis or differential diagnosis of benign or malignant neck swollen lymph nodes,and be of high clinical value.
