三沙市某海岛驻岛官兵社会支持现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解三沙市某海岛驻岛官兵的社会支持现状及其影响因素。方法运用社会支持量表(SSRS)、艾森克人格测量量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)对三沙市某海岛部队的官兵进行问卷调查并通过线性回归分析其影响因素。结果驻岛官兵的社会支持得分显著低于军人常模(P<0.05);人格特征得分显著高于国内常模(P<0.05);不同兵种官兵的社会支持、主观支持和客观支持得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同军龄的官兵主观支持得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同婚姻状况、是否为独生子女的官兵社会支持和主观支持得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元回归分析结果显示,驻岛官兵社会支持的影响因素包括是否为独生子女、婚姻状况、精神质特征、神经质特征(P<0.05)。结论驻岛官兵的社会支持现状不容乐观,管理者应将军龄6年以下、工作岗位艰苦的兵种、独生子女、未婚同时有高精神质和神经质人格特征的驻岛官兵作为给予物质帮助和心理支持的重点群体,提高其感知和利用社会支持的能力。Objective To evaluate the social support to soldiers garrisoned on an island in Sansha and explore the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among soldiers garrisoned on an island in Sansha using Social Support Rating Scale and Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale for the Chinese(EPQ-RSC).The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linier regression.Results The social support score of soldiers garrisoned on the island was significantly lower than that of normal soldiers(P<0.05),while the Eysenck Personality score was significantly higher(P<0.001).The difference of social support scores,subjective support scores and objective support scores between different units was statistically significant(P<0.05),so was the difference of subjective support scores between soldiers with varied lengths of military service(P<0.05).Social support scores and subjective support scores were significantly different between soldiers of different marital status or single-child status(P<0.05).The results of multiple linier regression showed that marital status,single-child status,EPQ-P,and EPQ-N were the influencing factors of social support for these soldiers(P<0.05).Conclusion The social support status for soldiers is far from perfect,so that material help and psychological support should be provided for soldiers who have served less than 6 years,those working under harsh conditions,single-child soldiers,unmarried soldiers,or those with personality traits of high neuroticism and high psychoticism to improve their abilities to perceive and use social support.
