摘  要:为了进一步鉴定玉米大斑病的主效抗病位点,以玉米优良抗病自交系P178为供体亲本,感病自交系G41为轮回亲本,发展了包含150个家系的BC2F5群体,用于玉米大斑病抗性遗传分析。2017年在吉林榆树和黑龙江双城2个环境条件下,对群体大斑病抗性进行了鉴定,结合KASP分子标记遗传连锁图谱的构建,对抗病QTL进行检测。结果表明,玉米大斑病抗性在群体家系间表现出广泛的变异。在玉米第1、2、8、9染色体上共检测到6个抗病QTL,分别可以解释4%~23%的表型遗传变异。2个稳定的抗病QTL分别位于第2染色体和第8染色体上,其在2个环境条件下都能检测到,而其他的QTL位点仅在1个环境条件下检测到。For identification of the major quantitative trait loci(QTL)resistant to northern corn leaf blight(NCLB)in maize,an advanced backcross population(BC 2F 5)including 150 family lines was developed using P178 as resistant donor parent and G41 as susceptible recurrent parent,respectively.The population as well as the parental lines was planted in Lishu,Jilin province and Shuangcheng,Heilongjiang province in 2017 for the evaluation of resistance to NCLB.Significant phenotypic variation in NCLB resistance was observed in both locations.Combined with the construction of genetic map with KASP markers,QTLs of resistance to NCLB were analyzed.In total,six QTLs were identified on chromosomes 1,2,8 and 9,which could explain 4%-23%phenotypic variation.Two stable QTLs were identified on chromosomes 2 and 8,which could be detected in the two environments,while the remaining QTLs conferred resistance to NCLB at a single location
