LEEP配合化湿清毒法治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨利普刀(LEEP)配合田淑霄教授化湿清毒法治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将100例重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例,2组均予LEEP手术治疗,治疗组LEEP术后口服健脾益气、化湿清毒中药2周,治疗前及治疗后8周观察记录2组患者中医证候积分,比较宫颈创面愈合时间、阴道出血时间、排液时间及糜烂面恢复情况。结果术后8周,2组宫颈创面全部愈合,宫颈表面光滑。治疗组宫颈创面愈合时间、阴道分泌物持续时间、阴道出血时间均较对照组显著缩短(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论田淑霄教授化湿清毒法配合LEEP治疗重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著,可明显减轻患者临床症状,充分体现了中西医结合治疗的优势。Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect ofHuashi Qingdu therapy made by professor TIAN Shuxiao combined with LEEP on cervical erosion.Methods 100 cases of patients with severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group,both groups were treated with LEEP surgery,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese drugs of Jianpi Yiqi,Huashi Qingdu for 2 weeks after the surgery.The syndrome scores of TCM before treatment and in 2,4,8 weeks after treatment were observed in both groups,and the cervical wound healing time,vaginal bleeding,drainage time and recovery of erosion area were compared between the two groups.Results In 8 weeks after LEEP surgery,the cervical wound was complete healing with smooth surface and normal size and shape of cervix uteri,the cure rate was 100%.The cervical wound healing time,vaginal discharge duration,vaginal bleeding time were shorter in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huashi Qingdu therapy made by professor TIAN Shuxiao combined with LEEP can significantly improve postoperative complications,relieve clinical symptoms in the treatment of severe cervical erosion,its curative effect is significant and this therapy fully embodies the advantages of the treatment with combination of TCM and western medicine.
