摘 要:为了改善PZN-9PT晶体的弛豫特性和铁电性能,本文引入稀土离子Eu/Yb进行改性,采用高温溶液法生长了PZN-9PT∶Eu/Yb(PZNT:Eu/Yb)弛豫铁电晶体.通过XRD分析了PZNT:Eu/Yb晶体的相结构;通过居里-外斯定律,修正的居里-外斯定律和洛伦兹经验关系式描述了晶体在1~1 000kHz的介电弛豫行为和弥散特性.实验结果表明:PZNT:Eu/Yb晶体为纯的钙钛矿结构,没有第二相的存在;晶体的居里温度(TC)为450.363K;稀土离子Eu/Yb的加入提高了PZNT晶体的弥散性能;Eu/Yb离子的加入提高了PZN-9PT晶体的矫顽场,晶体的矫顽场达到了12.56kV·mm^(-1).The Eu/Yb modified PZN-9PT crystals(PZNT∶Eu/Yb)were prepared by the high temperature solution method to improve their relaxation and ferroelectric properties.The phase structure of the as grown crystals was characterized by using X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).The Curie-Weiss law,modified Curie-Weiss law and Lorentz type relationship were used to describe the dielectric relaxation behavior and diffusion property of the crystals in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 1 000 kHz.Results indicate that the main diffraction peaks of the as grown crystals were consistent with those of the pure perovskite phase structure and the secondary phases were not observed.The Curie temperature(T C)of the Eu/Yb modified PZNT crystals was 450.363 K.The diffusion property of the PZNT crystals has been obviously improved by adding rare earth ions Eu/Yb.The coercive field of the PZNT crystals was significantly enhanced to 12.56 kV·mm-1 by adding ions Eu/Yb.
