摘 要:为了降低矫直机在连续矫直时对微细铝丝材料的损害.文中根据矫直原理,通过分析原始曲率、反弯曲率及残留曲率对铝丝矫直的影响,利用辊式矫直的工艺参数设计了微细铝丝矫直机构.实验结果表明:在辊式矫直中采取辊数为9,辊径为15mm,辊距为17mm时,微细铝丝的矫直截面直径为0.35mm的精度可以满足≤5mm/20cm.The research is aimed at reducing the damage that a straightening machine does to fine aluminum wire material in the continuous straightening.According to the straightening principle,this paper analyzes the influence of original curvature,reverse curvature and residual curvature on the straightening of aluminum wire.The fine aluminum wire straightening mechanism is designed based on the process parameters of roller straightening.Experimental results show that the precision can be≤5 mm/20 cm when the roller number is 9,the roller diameter is 15mm,the roller distance is 17 mm,and the straightened cross section of fine aluminum wire is 0.35 mm in roller straightening.
